we are an active duty Army family looking to broaden our real estate investment portfolio through small multifamily and SFH in the Northeast, GA area (primarily Buford to Gainesville).

UH-1s in the Army, not a pilot but ATC GCA, combat controller, had to be able to fly for emergencies.

The army base is the primary employer, and an over abundance of emtpy properties.I prefer Scranton/Wilkes Barre PA  (about 45 minutes away) where i can get SFR rentals for about 50k, and multis for about 35k/unit finished.  

As an Army veteran myself, I am a huge fan of seeing service members taking advantage of the knowledge and resources out there!
