Also Upper lake could find a little gem.. do not go anywhere near the city of Clearlake lower lake Nice Lucerne the Oaks lots of lower end tenants there..

Jamaica is an area of interest to me, because I think there may still be some hidden gems.

While there are a few gems in Dallas we are finding the real cash cows at the Northern edge of DFW along HW 380 and east along HW 80.  

I plan on really ramping up on driving for dollars to find some off market gems.

. - If I were to keep this little gem of a property (it's like the Giving Tree, I can't even believe I was so lucky to get it!)

The house is truly a gem, we picked it up for $150k when the majority of houses around it sell upwards of $250k.

@Harry AsnienAs others have stated, land locked properties can be a real gem if you can do the research on the neighbors.  

I'm willing to hunt for the gems that make sense though ;)
