Hi All,
My name is Sean Moen. I reside in the greater Sacramento Area, CA. I've had a long term passion to get into real estate because I understood the potential. My friend/business partner and I have been gathering some knowledge for the last couple months and plan to start looking for our first REI opportunity.

The hope would be to identify our first property in the next 30-60 days and then find funding.

We both work full-time jobs and would love to quit and go full-time REI in 24-36 months.

We are actively looking for a mentoring opportunity. We can bring a lot of heart, determination and creativity to the table and are willing to do whatever it take to do some "on the job" learning and participating.

Big thanks to Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner for creating this gem of a community.

Additionally, I want to thank everyone in the community - Veterans and Beginners alike - and look forward to becoming a part of the community.
