This saves me the headache of having to worry about connection hoses and whatnot, and the job just goes on complete autopilot from phone call to check signing.

If the investor you take it to will not buy it, you lose nothing but gain valuable experience by learning what NOT to chase.

So, if your a newbie starting out, and want to know what not to do, give me a shout.
