Dear Nichole DillaboughYou have gotten very good advice from my BP brothers and sistersSo here is my additional .02. . .Dont beat up your poor landlord over your uncomfortability, if it is affecting you, and you only, you make your relationship adversarial by asking him to deconstruct the house so that you can feel better.He is a guy/gal that is doing their level best to provide you with a good and decent home. . .Better, ask him to break your lease, and help him to re-rent your room.Betcha you get all of your deposit back that way!

I routinely hear that the Zestimates are way off, but with the exception of a condo I bought, all my SFR's were surprisingly close to the appraisal done prior to my purchasing/refinancing as well as other homes bought/sold in the area.
