Some hospitals only use them seasonally, others all year round.

For instance, if I am in the process of raising rents for several units I may choose to have the rent amount end in a 5 or a 0 to signify whether the rent has been raised in this round or not.

Easiest way to clean those out is to take them apart and push out the debris (a 1/4" bit for the screws is common).Now, if it's for commercial gutters, 1/2 round, custom, etc ... different ball game!

With the sun beating down on roofs year round, or leaves falling and sitting there causing moisture to go under the roof and rot wood, the usefulness of shingle roofs is not a lot over 10 years.  

They have good occupancy year round but the rates are significantly higher in the winter months.
