- what if buildout takes 8-10 months– what if the restaurant doesn't meet revenue expectations- what if the lender comes back in final underwriting with 70% LTV or 6% rate– what if one or more of the apartment tenants moves out– what if etc …There will always be risks, but it looks like you have a good plan.

Hello guys,My business partner and I just had our construction project completed by our developer with a condominium building consisting of two units (one unit has access to its own rooftop and another unit does not have any access but both do have their own respective decks outside in the back).

Currently majoring in finance with a concentration in real estate.

What comes into play is how many roof tops there are between locations to support both stores.

The home is in fine condition but big expenses are coming (roof being the biggest).

I have done 3 or 4 closing in NY and worked in Finance enough to know that’s not how business is done.

I'm an investor in Medford, and Ive been working for BMW in finance for 11 years now.

In final analysis, I am not convinced that any asset is better.
