Anyone know of any good book's on developing raw land into commercial 

I buy and sell raw land don't matter size, or price range and could close quickly.

I stumbled upon a podcast for raw land investing with Jill and Steven butala.

You seem to believe that something isn't an asset if it doesn't make you money every month and cover its costs, but my home DOES make me money, it makes me 1600-750=$850 every month in terms of overall net worth, or 650 in terms of raw dollars per month flowing in/out of my checking account. 

If they start the project but don't finish, your investment is worth less than raw land...

I think, with Montana's favorable climate, hemp will dominate, and produce raw material for goods ranging from plastic, paper, fabrics, composite lumber products, and much more, all made from hemp.

I have seen old septic systems consist of an old car body for the tank and field all rolled into one (BTW cars rust away and the whole thing caves in - also provides zero treatment and discharges raw sewage to the groundwater) Proximity to a well is important.
