My question is, in order to qualify for the broker exam in 2 years, do I need to upgrade my status to "active" and start paying the annual dues to the Realtors association?

@Michael Herr A leak where a valley meets a flat section is not a "flashing issue" nor a "small repair" plus you can not be certain what's going on until you remove the tarp and examine everything.In addition, since it now has multiple fastener penetrations, it has multiple potential leaks.

Here are a few I am examining: 1) obtain an unsecured line of credit (just not sure where to find one with me being in business for such a short time) this would provide the down payment and conventional financing would be easy enough to obtain.2) Obtain a smaller unsecured personal line and combine with a "special offer" check from my business credit card for low fixed rate for 12 months and higher variable rate later.
