Who has proven financing for newbie strategies in Central Ohio?
Hello BP Members!
I currently own a duplex (owner occupied) in Worthington, OH and also a SFR in the Cincinnati area. There is probably some super genius who is able to point me in the direction of how to get financing for future deals. I work for a bank, but I completed my first deal only 11 months ago. Many institutions want to see 2 years history. . .
I have found several deals that are solid and have 10% or greater cap rates even with financing! I just need to figure out how to fund them! HELP!!! (grins)
Who knows of ways to put very little capital down?
The two deals I'm currently vetting are approx 280k and 425k. Please let me know what other details can help make these deals fly!
