@Jacques Villars the Midwest could be a great spot for you if you're cool with remote managing as stated.While states here are mostly losing population, metros that have the right combination of industry (finance, healthcare, state university, gov't, etc.) like Columbus (where I'm based), Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, etc. are growing.
