Additionally, if you look at rankings of other areas (education, happiness, average wealth, health care, life span, etc), many European countries outrank the US...easily...Actually, the US ranks pretty low in many of these areas...

Furthermore, healthcare reform is NOT about healthcare, it's about money and control.

Can the federal budget handle billions more in lost revenue when it's already in record red-ink territory especially as it weighs potentially very expensive issues like health care reform?

As I am a citizen of the wealthiest country in the world, I honestly believe that NO American should be hungry, NO American should be denied access to an affordable education, and NO American should go without health care.

The other is healthcare. 

The military provides for roughly $800 million in economic impact, but aerospace, energy, health care, education and  manufacturing and distribution make up the bulk of jobs in the area.    

Re-evaluate the trust and the attorney didn’t tell us initially it can only be used for utilities, cars, health care and other random things but NOT rent.

@Jay Akpovwa unless @Darryl Shelton is referring to something other than what's associated with in healthcare, an assisted living facility (AL for short) is a level of care for seniors (typically) who can live and function "independently" but require some assistance.

Much of new health care developments in the city are for various aspects of geriatric care.

@Jacques Villars the Midwest could be a great spot for you if you're cool with remote managing as stated.While states here are mostly losing population, metros that have the right combination of industry (finance, healthcare, state university, gov't, etc.) like Columbus (where I'm based), Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, etc. are growing.
