I failed to mention that the cabinets are already purchased.I have planned this kitchen for 3 years.and I went with the smaller appliances despite the fact that they are more expensivebecause they look better in the spaceI chose operational effectiveness over operational Efficiency you would have to see the space to understand. but trust me saving 1,500 dollars on appliances by going with larger  ones was certainly vetted and I ultimately decided to go with the more expensive option of the smaller appliances because it leaves a smaller visual foot print. because it just fits the space much better.

This is a mistake in my opinion and the ceilings should always be painted in flat white.Secondly, the photos are horrible, they are small, not professional, and not in the best order of appearance.Lastly, any kind of staging or at least light staging will dramatically improve the visual appeal of both photos and physical walkthroughs by potential buyers.Last item could certainly be price and I will not speak on that as I am not familiar with your area to have an opinion on it.

And my use of them is kind of a quick visual of what may be available though again many of their "active" listings may be expired, pending or some other material condition may have changed and not updated like a FC being initiated or the prop going to tax sale.
