If your trip is more business than personal you will win but realize the agent will look at it from the standpoint that you likely left DC in the winter for a warmer climate. 

I have yet to see a Environmental minded  improvement that wasn't either initially cost prohibitive or the pay back time line was unrealistic.I am a senior citizen and although I accept climate change is real and the cause is obvious I am not deluded into thinking a band aid on the symptoms is of any value.

Egyptian cotton means they will feel nice against the skin and keep people cool in warm climates and keep them warm in cool climates. 

If that all works well perhaps add some electrical outlets for cold climates at least.

Since we live in a climate where it can get cold, the furnace is important.The roof shingles have a 24 year life span which is up next year.Thanks for your input!

I dont remember enough to know their legal case, but the fact that they stood in front of a judge, rather than being thrown in jail for trespassing, tells you about the climate here.

If you're in a moist climate like close to the beach like I was, you'll most likely get a positive result.
