Property taxes are less per $1,000 in Real Estate (California Prop 13) if you don't buy to flip, California had too many people, Many People who were put on Buses and sent here as homeless looking for low-skilled jobs but most refused $18 per hour jobs as farmworkers, over the last 4 years from other States. many of The Maskless COvid-19 and anti-Science Global Warming deniers seem to be leaving our area, we now see a 43% COVID infection rate in White Makes over 40.

They have the clout and the lobbying power to sway congress just as monsanto buys off politicians to get their anti gmo labeling laws passed or big pharma suppresses any non drug unpatentable natural/organic preventon/cures as there's no profit in health.

If the politics at the location where you want to invest in has a pro-tenant/anti-landlord political leaning, then you should think very hard about investing there as such locations only get harder and harder for landlords as these type of laws usually get worse, not better over time.
