House is minutes from a very large new mall and minutes from a major highway as well.Front yard is typical for the area, nothing more than something to mow.I know price trumps everything, and at some price, anything will rent or sell.My guess is the owner occupant pool that would be interested in this property is reduced quite a bit due to the yard size.
