There are ways of doing this, but you need strong guarantees IMO.Lending is not something that anyone just starts in the middle of and decides by Christmas they will be a lender.

The month before that was for a general inspection of the unit by the main property management company however I saw them inspecting other units so I cant say I was being singled out.My issue with her started when maintenance came in to fix my bathroom sink but did not fix it properly and it ended up leaking water onto all my belongings and ruining them (on Christmas morning no less).
