If her income has changed, she can notify her S8 caseworker and get her portion reduced mid lease term.Also, S8 tenants are not supposed to be able to keep their voucher if they owe prior landlords $.

The only way I rent in the tenant class that has viable eviction potential is via sec8, and in that I just "sick" the sec8 people on them and then there is risk of loosing program voucher

We still adhere to the state laws around deadlines to return security deposits and what we have to do to close out a deposit, but if it got messy it could get messy.We have also been told by our sister company in Denver that this does not work with anyone receiveing a housing voucher/subsidy, which we have also been unable to confirm in our local market including directly with our local housing authority.

When I hit 30 coliving doors was where I really needed to craft systems big time - I use those same systems now for over 200 doors.On a slightly different note but something I am incredibly excited about: HUD just came out with a recommendation as well saying that they believe CoLiving could solve the affordable housing crisis in US AND that they will now allow HCV (housing choice vouchers) to be used for CoLiving.
