There are a lot of other strict rules for FHA financing on a condo (in regards to the condition of the HOA and % of non-owner occupied condos in bldg) which might play some into your decision if you're looking into unloading the unit at some point.If the numbers work and the location is good, it is a very viable approach though.

Many local lumber yards do this if you buy all the materials from them or normandy.com does it.

Before bidding, I checked county records for the property's title, and it looks like this belonged in an MBS that was foreclosed on and finally sold to the eventual seller, who is unloading it on **********.

You also have a great chance of forming relationships with people who have properties they might want to unload.

I agree with @Marcia Maynard on vinyl click together planks.We found the same type of product on sale at lumber liquidator but they charge a restocking fee and oversold me a couple boxes to begin with...
