@Devin BestOK...so now you have a clue about my high end sporting goods business:) I told one of the BP mods what is going on and I think I shocked him...seriously!

Sure they are both sports, they both use a ball, they both have rules etc...but they are very, very different.  

They are shallow and narrow and sport 1 room per floor with the kitchen in the basement.

MF is a cash-intensive sport.

You also want to avoid areas that are slipping down into ghettos or that have some sort of long range government plans that are going to hurt values.Don't buy were the city is placing a sewer plant 5 years from now.I recommend areas that have something desirable about them: good weather, growing populations, close to water or outdoor sports activities.
