I am just south-west of you in the Santa Clarita valley.RE is, in my opinion, the way to go for retirement wealth building and even full or supplemental income today.If your strategy is to buy and hold (the antelope valley is one of a few areas where you can have true and real cash flow, you can certainly achieve your goals but you do need capital for acquisitions, and your rainy day fund.You may want to look into flipping a property or two to build quick capital.Good luck to you.Fire away with any questions you may have in the appropriate categories.Will Barnard
