Zinsco panels are the next ones to pop up on radars--I haven't seen resistance from lenders yet, but insurance carriers are starting to upcharge when those panels are in place.Are these a hazard? 

A construction bridge would be the path of least resistance.

Why the resistance to modifying the lease?  

Look for one that has an Aluminum Oxide scratch resistant finish or a ceramic bead one.

A regular resistive hot water heater gives you one unit of water heating value for every unit of electrical energy you put into it. 

When starting out and trying to get traction, it is extremely difficult to resist chasing the latest & greatest lead gen tool aka shiny new object. 

The biggest challenge I've faced is background checks and lease agreement dilemmas - with a non-short term rental but also not a full 6/12 month lease, some have been a bit resistant to paying for a background check.  

While there is no such thing as “inflation-proof,” self-storage is inflation-resistant.

Also the prices and homes that were available were hard to resist.
