Definatly looks like manufactured home dry wall without the joint strips. 

Bad deals cost you time, money, and your reputation.

I'd rather use a reputable Skip-Tracing site along with REIpro....I'm new to Real Estate investing as-well..having Had any contracts yet.

Commercial Lender HELOC any different for manufactured on own lot?

I'm still fresh and definitely want to avoid making mistakes that harm my reputation before I grow my legs.

All specialized lenders (for manufactured houses) say that they offer mortgages if the house sits in a park, not on private land.

So understand their reputation, processes, etc and become comfortable with that. 

I got to know many other people in the industry from the manufacturers of the machine to huge investors and guys who made 200k/year themselves.
