I like the app interface it provides for managing the listing - slightly less clunky than CL.Additionally, I used (I hope I can say this, but mods remove if not appropriate) rentometer.com to spitball my price range, and I got the top end right away...it was spot on. 

Go thru the library of pod casts.

I'm directly asking, so I expect that the mods to allow it. 

I am currently educating myself with LOTs of books and pod-casts, so if you have any recommendations, I'd love to hear them. 

I have since been listening to pod casts everyday and reading the bigger pockets books and searching for my first property ever since.I have  approx. $40k to use as downpayment and closing on a conventional loan on my first investment property.

Borrowers finally came to the table for a loan mod earlier this month (they have been disputing the debt for a few years).

But I DID see a pod crossing in front of the Bainbridge ferry yesterday.

What about having movers put it in a storage unit, like pods, and they can have it sent up.
