That's why I like the idea of turnkey reviews- you can see if this is a pattern or not.

On the other hand, if you have a large building it might actually be interesting to see if there is a pattern with certain units "underperforming" (in whichever aspect).I currently track my units individually, although in one excel file per building.

I get the impression that seasonal home sales patterns will be impacted most strongly in areas where the winter turns out unpredictably cold.

It is tempting to ignore my home markets past patterns and think I have to secure one of the plums now, before someone else snatches them.  

I will do the same, though am in somewhat of a holding pattern for the next month or two.

Unless its an area where there is a lot of variation, you'll begin to recognize patterns.

As credit markets ease, you will see a return back to home ownership so that I believe we will return to a more normal pattern.

The holes had no discernible pattern either.  

You can maybe get away with saying you had the “intent” of holding your property for long term once or twice, but when it becomes a pattern that argument will be hard to hold up.
