Being 15 minutes away from gorgeous rugged mountains, almost any outdoor activity you can dream of, some of the most beautiful highways in the country is pretty hard to pass up.

Im looking to improve one acre with outdoor & covered parking (in phase 1). 

My target market is outdoors enthusiasts- fishermen, hunters, ATV/snowmobile riders.

So it will run in place of the furnace until the ambient outdoor temperature is around 28-30 degrees.

Skiing and other winter sports and a great spring/summer/fall for all the other types of outdoor activities.Having said all that, the cost of homes in the area are off the charts from when we were looking.

IMO the Ozarks are underrated, especially for hiking and outdoor adventures.

Vacancy rates at/below 2%, great schools (including some highly-rated public, private and Spanish immersion enrollment options) and AMAZING outdoor trail systems and dedicated green space - not to mention the Great Lake Superior and North Shore!

I built several metal outdoor firepits for my larger places and stock them with wood. 

We want to enjoy our lives being surrounded by loved ones (humans & doggos), traveling, being outdoors in our camper van, & starting a family.Working a W2 job was so last generation.Current real estate situation: Waiting a year for permits to go through to create 2 ADU's on our property to decrease our mortgage.
