Over the holidays I had some Family members express interest in the business and I'm now in the process of raising a Friends and Family round of capital to purchase 25-30 additional properties.

Hello All, I'm looking at obtaining my real estate brokers license in Indiana, and my friend had told me that he is doing his continueing education classes on MCKISSOCK COMPANY, (REAL ESTATE EXPRESS).

Also there is a Mariano's and Whole Foods near the express way not to far as well and those two stores are always in good areas.

American Express also has a good business credit card, just be cautious with the interest rate, and make sure you pay everything off before the real rate jumps up.     

You want a credit card you can use anywhere so stay away from anything that is not universally accepted.In Canada for example American express is not as widely accepted as Visa.I do not use credit cards, I use debt on my LOC on all business expenses.  

Then, you have to work on your partnership agreement so that both parties are happy, and your ownership percentage is equitable.That's a long way of expressing my thoughts...

Andrew Postell now I'm curious, would you be open to let a new agent host your open house, even An agent that has expressed interest in establishing new leads by working these open houses for other agents?

I know some people invested in the eREIT and factual or not they've expressed some frustration w/transparency and the actual vs est ROI #'s to date but it's early in the game so to speak.

Hmmm not sure but I've expressed my concern over lack of oversight concering this matter.
