I could make a case that yes some of the new construction stuff is overpriced that will come down but with regards to anything else besides that there is no market crash in general that's going to happen.

My availability is not the same as everybody else's, so being told to man the phones is quite difficult.

They say they feel unsafe because they think someone else is living there and the other tenant leaves late night about 3am climbs over the fence and gets into a car and comes back before sun cimes up.

Ideally you'd evict the tenants, find some other sucker to buy your high-crime neighborhood property, and start over somewhere else (even in Detroit).

Option 1 is to go back to your lender / broker and just say, "I can't get that, what else will work?"

But here's the real low down - as much as I or anyone else on this forum knows about title, we aren't legal experts and if we were we don't have all the facts necessary to render an informed opinion.

I did everything else.......the legwork to find the property, I purchased it, I used my crew and subs to do all of the necessary work, I got it on the market and sold it.The split was 50/50, and sometimes slim or even a loss.Think about how this scenario would work for you.
