We compiled ~50 addresses of maintenance - deferred houses and run down properties.

Probably a smaller number of sellers, but I’m not looking for a ton of volume myself, I can only take down a few great deals a year...I tried to compile a list of every owner of property over 20 units in my whole MSA. 

(I compile this data in about 40 cities, getting ready to roll out nationwide coverage).

So that will add to the credibility to proposals and joint ventures that I discuss.I am about to launch another direct mail campaign to the list I compiled 3 months ago.  

I use it for everything from compiling every tweet I favorite into a google sheet, to controlling lights and other smart devices in my house.

I will be compiling that list over the next few days.  

Is this good start or is there other information that I should be trying to pull when I compile my lists.
