I prefer they mail a check and they do 90% of the time but if they really push the issue I use the previously mentioned methods. 

I am not one of those.I do personal communications with all the guests and they have my cell so they can call or text.

I do not believe you need an attorney on this, just communication.

So you may be looking at a failure to communicate, that's where I would start, schedule an in-person meeting.

I get a lot of calls after an unexperienced loan officer drops the ball and a customer finds out their loan dies due to lack of communication up front on the application.

If you are interested, however, and are willing to communicate to landlords that you are new, but worth taking a shot on with some portion of their portfolios, maybe willing to compete on trust and earn into larger portfolios or bigger fees over time, you may consider reaching out to the team here at BP, and maybe there is a way to let those investors who are looking to support a new and up and coming business work with you.

While we are using  house as the vehicle he is using corporation.In essence, the method is the same. 

Remember, clear communication is key to keeping a strong working relationship.

And driving through that neighborhood will give you the context that pricing doesn't communicate, is the area what you expected?
