I haven't had any complaints from tenants about this charge.The other softwares were pretty good, but here are the deal breakers for each.Tenant Cloud: Tenants cannot setup autopay unless we have the paid versionApartments.com: You cannot upload your own lease, you can only make modifications to their leaseAvail: You cannot upload your own lease, you can only make modifications to their leaseRentRedi: No free version AT THE TIME***I investigated these softwares 8-12 months ago, so some things could have changed.

Hello Benjamin, I just looked into Tenant Cloud and Avail.

Cloud area. 

parties never divorced.. estate was never probated because it just was not something the family new about or worried about.. title could be for ever clouded.. so the chance of  someone coming back and making a claim is pretty slim to non.. but you have to pay cash get a great deal. and take on that small risk..

This is not accounting for repairs, cap ex, vacancy or reserves.. negative cash flowSometimes the low interest rate can cloud your overall view of the asset, but you have to be objective.

Guys-- really appreciate your thoughts on this topic.Here's another thought-- If I go Quickbooks, do I go with their cloud package or on-premise software for my HD.

(my favorite) I guess thinking more about it I can see how things can get clouded with a partial payment deposited into your chk account as they have paid something so maybe it isn't a clear non payment eviction.curious to hear how laws work in other states.thx!

If they try to do that the wholesaler can cloud the title and prevent the seller from selling to the other party.If the wholesaler doesn’t have a signed offer than it’s fair game.

Is it in Dropbox, OneDrive, or another cloud system?
