They rely on security deposit paying for in part or all damages and just think that the borderline DTI and all encompassing information about the tenant suffices what "they" think is a good tenant.

However, I will point out that a lot of people use the word turnkey and describe it like it is a noun -encompassing and defining anyone using the word to describe their business. 

And those that scale and do it for a living like you and I do its all encompassing.. 

I’ve used this  technique often and works like a charm.  

That LLC, regardless of who/what actually owns the properties in question, could encompass 1 property or it could encompass 20.

Gorgeous original wood and oozing charm, on a large lot as well. 

The housing stock in Bremerton is older and many houses are in need of some repair, but a lot of them are also charming (wood floors, leaded glass windows etc). 

Worked like a charm.
