I compared Keller Williams, Better Homes & Gardens, Bean Group (these are the top 3 in terms of Maine market share), Century 21 (where my Mass license is still hung for the moment) and eXp. 

Since the middle of the century, economists have had difficulties measuring the money supply. 

Do I have to work for a corporation like 21st Century, etc. or can I find an independent broker?

historically the high appreciation markets have produced better return for long term holds (source case Shiller ranking of top RE return cities this century).  

I brought modern day marketing techniques to a century old industry.. you talk about making money.. holly man.. when it was good it was VERY good.

BUT that is not all.. eye catching BUT not look like a generic random spam mailer.If mailers have been yellow for centuries and you are the first to send pink mailers, sure they will be noticed and read.But today?

It does not match what Case Shiller shows for this century which shows virtually all the top returns for buy n hold for this century are high appreciation markets.  

And did you end up at Century 21 or another for your first?

The property had a Century 21 sign in front of it so this is a dead lead.
