I have not closed a deal yet and my first driving for dollars session is tomorrow for 2 hours.

Now I’m not a lawyer and this is just my understanding but we had a situation like this where I was the seller and in the end the buyer evicted and was able to do so and that has been since the last legislative session ended.

The meeting will begin with an open networking session.

Is the best networking done in between sessions, during sessions, at the bar afterwards?

It also looks like the city holds several monthly info sessions for current/prospective Section 8 landlords so I have registered to attend the next meeting scheduled for later this week.

The June meeting is a networking session.  

Thanks for the honest assessment Todd.Regret, though, you were told the one hour "Getting Started" session was a class.  

I am not aware of any specific bill being presented in the current session that would make that change.
