@Ryan Johnston at this point it's probably not a bad idea to call your agent and go walk through the active comps looking at fit, finish, styles, etc of the rehab.

If I hire an architect to help design & permits, get the foundation done by a licensed contractor, have Tuff Shed build the shell (they install it too), and if you can hire out subs to finish up the rest like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring etc.. would self managing the project work?

We hired the appropriate contractors, in this case electrical and a handyman for plumbing, to finish the job according to what the inspector told us he had told the prior GC.The rough in inspection was already passed so the walls were closed.
