Craigslist, Facebook market place, mhvillage, newspaper and online newspaper, website and google business page. 

Sure everything appears hunky-dory to the casual tourists in the big tourist areas, but if you dig a little deeper, spend more time there, travel outside the main tourist zones, get to know some locals, read the local newspapers and look into the crime rate or are unfortunate enough to become the victim of a crime, you'll learn quickly that it's actually a legitimately dangerous place to live and do business in.

I don't even think you would be safe with the newspaper.

Try bandit signs, newspaper adds, online advertising5.) make friends with local real estate investors. ( Network ) It's always a bit tough in the begining, but don't give up.

From locals I've spoken with & newspaper ads/ articles I've been reading word of mouth is there has been a change in the last few years.

So I'll be reading every newspaper/article I can find to get better picture.You really should check it out.
