I’m new to BiggerPockets but have been attending Cincinnati’s Best Ever REI Mastermind.

That being said, I met Chris at a mastermind event that a group I pay to be in monthly put on.

Looking forward to sharing insights with you in the forums.Brandon Turner mentions we are considered to be the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with so connect with REIA meetings, accountability partners, and mastermind groups to engage with individuals interested in real estate investing.At the bottom of this page is a list with help in it.

I would ultimately like to find a mastermind group that I could join to help further myself and others along their dream to success.

When I finish it, I start over...........you learn something every time you read it, also when it speaks about joining a mastermind group, I can't tell you the importance that has become in my own investing career........I'm sure we can all recommend some good books if we knew what your strategy is going to be.

I see a mastermind / accountability-type of atmosphere.

It is the Club In Action and they are more of a Mastermind group than a traditional REI.

We have a great network here in the area and have a monthly mastermind meetup if you are interested in meeting other local investors.

Step 1 for me was to gain specialized knowledge, so I joined a coaching program, participated in master mind and bootcamp type events and started to interact with people that were operating at a higher level than myself.Step 2- I asked others that I wanted to be like (people that owned portfolios, accredited investors, etc.) how I could bring them value.  

His spreadsheet is worth the $100 and his mastermind program is well worth it as well.
