I am of the same mind.. took longer to get there being west coast prices but we are rounding the corner.. what we have left is very low LTV and payments are less than rent.. being dual homes one paid for one almost.   

My kid is almost 4, so looking for the next best school that offer dual language (Spanish and English), move there and get him into the program. 

Of course its broken , those little low voltage wires to the unit always get damaged .

I don't think schools want to incentivize students to think outside the box, they need students to get pointless degrees in order to have them come back for their masters, dual-degrees, etc.
