Hello: I recently signed up as PRO.I'm color blind and can't make out colors on the Graphs (a) Income and (b) Equity.Pl, consider adding in the legend that prints the graphs withblack hollow shapes namely: Diamond, Triangle, and Pentagon that is easily discernable to the naked eye.As stated earlier, my preference is to use Black and White Print outs.My hope is that you would consider my suggestion as I feel this suggestion could help others as well if they were to print in Black and White hard copies of the Analysis.NOTE: See attachment for more info. on suggestion offered.ThanksKishore.

@Derek Diamond Thanks for mentioning that, I've read a lot of his work, and it is empowering for sure!

Rather, their value lies in their ability to find those diamond in the rough investment properties that when flipped, will net the investor a profit in the high 5, to low 6 figures.

Definitely check out the Black Diamond event coming your way.

There are still diamonds in the rough, and off market opportunities to buy true value add deals at a basis that makes sense, but they are fewer and fewer.

Mike has a couple meetings on the North Shore and Ann's Black Diamond meeting in Waltham is my favorite right now (if you want to write off some miles:) ).
