I never thought picking a firm would be so nerve racking!

Rents have softened recently so we'd be close to break even on this but presumably this improves over time.I've been racking my brain about this lately because we are going to leave the country for 5 months starting in August.

I should also mention that the seller has owned the home for 5+ years and so it was he who installed the wooden panels on the side.

id need one too > changing garage door, painting basement wooden ceiling, changing locks etc.

Real estate investing sounds easy and straightforward, but it really can be nerve racking if you aren't used to all the things that can go wrong.

The wooden fence of this property is just rotting away and falling apart, I literally have it being held up with rope.

Ill never forget, it literally looked like an anaconda slid its way underneath the wooden floors from the bedroom next to bathroom through 3 rooms to the front door it beveled so bad, never seen anything or anyone like I dealt with in this situation before.
