There really isn't, despite what the gurus tell you, some "wax on, wax off" secret to this business you just run the play and put in the work.

Yes, the janitor's buffer is the equipment...with the proper pad and chemicals for stripping, and proper wax and polishing pad for getting the high gloss back.

They use a candle in the summer, just hang one under the box that keeps the air on longer.No way I'd pay utilities!

If that program seller wants $29.95 for the whole ball of wax, it's probably worth that, but you can get all you need here for free with a little effort.
