We didn’t wash the walls and the paint started peeling about two years later.

Sometimes everything seems to happen at once (I had to repair a furnace, replace a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge in one year at one place-all appliances were original to the home and 3 decided to quit at the same time). 

Backstory- My family and I live next to a widow who lost her husband almost four years ago, we reside in central WA. She

water, sewer, dump station, wash station, tire covers, monthly check up service (tires, doors, plug in, propane tank fill, inside motion sensor alarm, etc).  

The only option is to buy a 2-in-1 combo machine that does both dry and wash.

In this higher rate climate it's basically a wash between investment vs. secondary.

This laundromat’s washing machines cost more than I thought, but the time of washing the clothes was fast: 22-27 minutes.  

If this real estate agent represented you, why was he/she sharing applicant info with other applicants? 

I would call it a wash and just sell it now.
