I say that to say right now you may not have cash or savings , but here is plenty of ways to get into real estate for instance getting a license , giving up elbow grease to a contractor , volunteering at an attorneys office and calling your local municipal office to see what the laws are .

I am the director of the Towpath Volunteers Fife and Drum Corps and love to travel around the country and world with the band.GOAL: Invest in small multifamilies in the suburbs/city area of Rochester and self manage until I can replace earned income with passive income from real estate (approx $50,000/yr) to move into a second career path.I do not own any property at this time but I've been doing my homework to be as prepared as I can be for when I get started.

(we've been waiting for approval for 4 months) I could've come up with extra cash had I known, I'd need a minimum of 15%... which is really upsetting, however since being surprised by this, one of my family members volunteered to bridge the 5% gap in financing I'm missing.

Most coop (and that particularly true for non Manhattan coops) are practically companies ran by unpaid volunteer amateurs...a coop is a company which own a building and then lease it's unit back to shareholders...in many case you'll have a school teacher board president with an art director as a treasurer...great people with very little experience in running a company...5.

Bank loans, bank accounts, brokerage accounts, IRAs, 401ks, car loans, insurance companies, cruise ships, credit cards, ez pass, doctors and hospitals, drivers licenses, colleges, high schools, not to forget gun shops, google, ATT, Verizon, Comcast, Amazon, airlines, CIA, IRS, FBI, TSA, Homeland security, Target and Home Depot data breaches, security clearances, car dealerships, title companies, accountant, employers, landlords, credit bureaus, payroll companies, golf and tennis clubs, business clubs, volunteers at schools/churches, Russians and Chinese, etc. it’s more of a question as to who doesn’t have it as I see it.
