Barrio Logan to the south has exploded (they have their own sign now), golden hill is creeping down from the north, and downtown is creeping by way of east village.

West Hill is a highly regarded woodland village, situated on the western slopes of the beautiful Otter Valley in the heart of East Devon.

As I mentioned before Washington Village reminds me of my own Shaw neighborhood in Washington, DC in the 2000s.

I was looking in Southeast Nashville in the Fair Oaks, Hickory Valley Estates area which is north of Lenox Village.

That just happens to be a zip code that I like.   60622 includes Ukrainian Village, a great area.

Quick notes about me: I was born and raised in NYC (Queens, Long Island) Current 2-family rental is in Queens Village I work full-time at a growth-stage technology company in NYC on their Strategy team My goals are to get 10 additional doors under my management in the next 3 years. 

University District  has a lot of nice houses, as does Sherwood Forest, Indian Village, West Village.

The village of Globeville has become hot the past 12 months and I wonder if anyone has any thoughts or would share with me if you would invest there?
