To be clear, I believe real estate should be owned by an entity but there are other things that are far more critical to protecting yourself personally as well as your real estate assets such as appropriate levels of insurance, well drafted vendor agreements & collecting insurance certificates coupled with understanding how to correctly operate the entity in which you form.

Meanwhile they aren't even properly prepared because  their focus is solely on forming Wyoming LLC's  but lacked the appropriate types of insurance, operate with unlicensed and uninsured vendors, never sign contracts etc.

For future reference, try using Door Depot or Magnolia Windows and Doors; both are great Chicago vendors that we have used in the past.
