Hi, at the stage of painting the exterior of the house.

I have lots of friends who have bought apartments in PCana in the development stage and then sold when finished (flipping). 

I looked into several Etsy templates, even bought and tested one that can handle 20 properties, but it does not have the functionalities and interfaces that I am looking for at this stage in my real estate investment journey. 

I work in healthcare and rely HEAVILY on my electronic health record platform, so I think I'm assuming that it's more efficient to build from a platform rather than needing to transition later, but perhaps I'm just making it more complex than it needs to be at this stage.

I think most adults, at some stage, had to set boundaries with their parents for a myriad of reasons. 

Definitely a lesson learned to not pay in advance no matter what stage we are in the process/relationship that has been built.Luckily, I already met with three different contractors and all of them are wanting to finish the project within our February deadline.

Very few partnerships survive after the honeymoon stage.

It's not staged or anything, just an empty house.
