Some properties just do not work for dogs.My local housing inspector has put in writing for me that attempting to accommodate any canine would be an unreasonable burden to the neighbors (it has an up a lot of stairs, down a long hallway dorm layout).I believe most laws talk about an unreasonable burden. 

So we could potentially see a large amount of rental grade properties hit the market this summer at unreasonable prices.

Well.. that has value.I try to give a lot of value so for that reason I'm not really interested in potential JV partners that are looking to skew the terms in their favor to an unreasonable point.Just my 2 cents

Constitution provides that "[t]he right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

In NJ under the Anti-Eviction Act, a landlord cannot impose a rent increase so large that it is "unconscionable", meaning an increase that is extremely harsh or unreasonable. 

In a perfect world this would work out but you know the minute the tenant has a grievance/gripe and wants you to buy something or repair something that’s unreasonable In cost there is going to be strain and resentment.

We took the perspective of “you signed the lease so it’s on you to follow the expectations” but they still feel weirdly unreasonable.

The housing provider may not ask for access to medical records or unreasonably delay the request.This is a common sham.

Is it unreasonable to ask for that full $2100?
