If you can not quickly unload you can lose the home or having to borrow more covering the negative.

I would go to your local lumber yard and ask them for references.

If not it will likely be the minimum standard dimension lumber required to hold the ceiling up.

Why waste time with a listing when you can unload that asset on a date certain?

Go down to the local supply house, lumber yard, hardware store, etc and ask for the manager.
