Depending on the MLS rules in your state, you may be allowed to become an unlicensed assistant for another agent and gain access that way, but barring that, you'd need to get licensed yourself.

I see what you're saying though and agree completely - set up a system to be notified by your prop mgmt company in the event of problems - especialy in an area like mine where prop. mgmt is an unlicensed industry.
