Been on a podcast rampage.  

First of all, it was one of the most terrifying and exciting things I've ever done.

And, I think that a 20-25% decline from current valuations (yes, following the huge decline in valuations already taken in 2022) in the multifamily space is very possible in the next 12-18 months - I'd be terrified as an operator in that space right now. 

I am quite frankly terrified because of how new all of this is to me. 

This subject terrifies me.

Naturally, sending that wire was terrifying! 

I was terrified -- this is real!  

Lol.. if it was tarantulas, I would probably have to evict because I am terrified of spiders.  

Otherwise, don't unless all the neighbors are terrified.

I know for myself, it would be terrifying to walk up to @Jay Hinrichs because of his success and the characterization I perceive of him through the forums.
