I also use ONE paint color for every wall in the house, a neutral off white/pale tan color, this way with multiple units, retouches are easy.Personally I LOVE color.

Saw some new formica at Lowes, it had the`same design of small boomarangs in different colors as the counter top in our kitchen when I was a kid, guess trends repeat, but I doubt we will see pale pink and light green again.

That’s some real american custard right there its OK.. the best is in Milwaukee WI suburbs out on blue Mound road in Brookfield the name escapes me but its awesome and I am sure that owner simply prints money.. would make anything in real estate pale  :) ..

The work pales in comparison to real estate.

The Dunedin Causeway is beautiful, but it pales in comparison to what we locals consider an actual beach.On the other hand, Clearwater Beach just to the south is in high-demand (with the price points to match), but we locals would never go there.

The best performing commercial sector for the last 10 years has been senior housing, but that performance wil pale in comparison to how the senior housing sector will perform over the next 5-10 years.
